Due to rapid success and growth in Australia, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development expert to help us grow and build a rewarding and successful team. We offer many incentives and recognise the hard work and success of our employees.


Your day to day

  • Develop, maintain and improve the training modules delivered to all personal in line with the culture and business growth
  • Run the national training department to ensure consistency and business growth
  • You will be responsible for delivering both class room and field-based training for all areas of the business
  • To support State Directors, State Training Managers and Territory Owners in developing their business through growth and retention
  • Work within the Management team providing first class training and development to meet business needs
  • Continuously work towards the strategy of the business
  • Conduct field business visits as and when required
  • Prepare, promote and update a set of training principles to ensure continuous development
  • Work from case studies of success in terms of business growth, team building and income
  • To prepare and organize electronic files for all materials used
  • Work with the HR, Compliance and Operations on all people related matters from hire to retire

Your key skills

  • Relevant experience working in a similar role within a Multinational Hybrid Real Estate Business
  • The ability to develop and deliver training material and strategy in line with a fast-growing disruptive business
  • Experience working within a senior management team and reporting directly to a board
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
