We are looking for entrepreneurial people who pride themselves on being a brilliant Real Estate Agent, who want to help change an industry for the better. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meeting vendors face to face to conduct appraisals, handle negotiations, offer sales advice and conduct auctions (if applicable)
  • Supporting both vendors and buyers throughout the entire sales process 
  • Work from home and manage your own online diary
  • Growing the territory through recruiting, developing and retaining Local Real Estate Agents
  • Growing the territory built on brand reputation by instructions, conversion rates, sales and using our partner suppliers
  • Build and maintain a great relationship and partnership with your LRAs
  • Keep regular contact offering help, support, advice thanks and encouragement
  • Ensure all KPIs are met by interpreting data and measuring the effectiveness of your team
  • Ensure they maintain highest standards of their role
  • Help your team understand where we are going well and identify where we can improve
  • Understanding and using data effectively
  • Convert (appraisal to listing, listing to sale, sales to Trust Pilots) and be an exceptional real estate agent
  • Vision for growth executed through goals and measurable plans
  • Holds a position of great responsibility delivering customer service within our core values and principles
  • Leads through having great relationships; focused partnerships; great communication with empathy

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in the Real Estate industry
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of residential sales
  • A clear understanding of Property and Real Estate legislation
  • Works within our culture at all times
  • Is an inspirational, strong, passionate leader
  • Detailed and has driven management ability
  • Drives their team through inspiring great performance
  • Understands our business model and pathway to growth
  • Understands data, records and analytics
  • Reports accurately and timely
  • Has exceptional communication skills
  • Is quick to resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Articulates Purplebricks points of difference easily
  • Finds top class people
  • Trains and coaches their people
